Robert Persinger

Robert Lloyd Persinger, 77, of Sheboygan, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.  Robert was born on January 29, 1943, in Richwood, WV to William and Zennie (Williams) Persinger. He was a 1961 graduate of Richwood High School and continued his studies at Milwaukee Area Technical College. On April 17, 1971, Robert married Nelda Greene in Richwood, West Virginia. Robert served his country in the United States Navy and retired after 23 years.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and the Green Bay Packers. Robert is survived by his wife, Nelda Persinger and daughter, Judi Persinger of Sheboygan; two sisters, Rosalie Briggs, Phyllis Bever. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives from West Virginia and many friends.  Robert was preceded in death by his parents, William & Zennie Persinger; and a brother, Bud Persinger. A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at 1:00 pm at the Wenig Funeral Home of Sheboygan Falls.
