Arionnah Powell

Arionnah Isabella (Donna) Powell, 82, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018, at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan.Arionnah was born on November 16, 1936, in Monmouth, IL to Elva (Tar) LaFrance. Arionnah worked in sales and was the first auto sales woman in state of Wisconsin. She was a faithful and active member of Unity Church of Sheboygan in Sheboygan where she was involved in many prayer groups and church activities. She enjoyed reading, spending time with those she loved, and enjoyed being near the lake. Arionnah had a tremendous heart and care for people and was always attentive to the needs of others.Arionnah is survived by her two sons, Harold (Mary) Powell, Thomas (Susan) Ruggles; seven grandchildren, Michael (Kayla) Ruggles, Melissa (Roman) Sinopoli, Amanda Powell, Becky Powell, Paris Shoy(Tiffany )Bowen, Chesarra Briana Bowen, Destyn Michael Montaque; ten great-grandchildren, Lenora Ruggles, Alexia Powell, Jayden Powell, Liam Montgomery, Charles Kotey Bowen, Jr., Davion Bowen, Aniyiah Bowen, Azariyah Bowen, Parion Bowen, Pierre Bowen; Arionnah was preceded in death by her parents, Paul & Elva LaFrance; daughters, Lula (Sissy) Powell, Georgianna Bowen; and a grandson, Charles Kotey Brunson. A celebration of Arionnah's life will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019, at Unity Church of Sheboygan at 6 p.m. with Rev. Aubree-Lynn Maugeri officiating.
