Audrey M. Krase

Audrey M. Krase passed away peacefully Saturday evening, May 4, 2024, at Sheboygan Senior Community, her home of the last 3 years. She was 92 years old. 

Audrey was born October 31, 1931 in Seymour, the daughter of Emil and Gertrude (Kubale) Wimmer. She graduated from Freedom High School in 1948. 

On June 10, 1950, she was united in marriage with Milton J. Krase in Mishicot. He preceded her in death in 1987.

Audrey worked as a cook at Richard’s Supper Club in Sheboygan Falls, as well as the restaurant at Odyssey Lanes. 

A faithful Catholic, Audrey was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Parish and also attended Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, and was an avid animal lover who always had a beloved pet. 

Audrey is survived by her three children: Michael Krase of Plymouth, Daniel (Lisa) Krase of Bristol, WI and Mary Lou Krase and Al Michaels of Madison; grandchildren: Jason (Kristi) Krase, Jesse Krase, Tony (Jennifer) Krase and Sarah Krase; nieces and nephews: Shirley (Jerry) Geldernick, Lois (Mike) Ploen and Ray (Connie), Don (Landa) and Bill (Mary) Mullins; other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and sister Bernice (John) Mullins.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, May 10, 2024, at Wenig Funeral Home, 711 Broadway in Sheboygan Falls. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00AM-1:00PM. She will be laid to rest beside Milton at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
