Carol "Jeanie" Karls

Carol “Jeanie” Karls, 69, formerly of Sheboygan Falls, passed away, Monday morning, November 7, 2022, at Abridge Care Concepts in Chilton.

She was born August 6, 1953, in Sheboygan to Donna (Kienberger) Lawrence.

On February 10, 1973, she was united in marriage with James H. Karls Sr. in Great Lakes, IL. He preceded her in death in 2003.

Jeanie enjoyed going for walks and her pets she had over the years. She loved the Packers and more than anything, spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter, Deanna (Joe) Grundl and four sons: Daniel (Shelley) Karls, Dale (Felicia) Karls, Jason (Marizol) Karls, James (Joanne) Karls Jr.; 18 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Terry (Sue) Lawrence; and sisters-in-law, Carrie Lawrence, Debbie Lawrence. She is further survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband; mother, Donna Lawrence and Dale Carpenter; and brothers, Roger Lawrence Sr., Robert Lawrence, Curt Lawrence, and Chuck and Susie Lawrence.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, from 4:00 until 6:00pm at Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls. She will be laid to rest at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery.
