Gary Feldmann, of Sheboygan Falls, 67, lost his battle with cancer on Monday evening, May 1, 2023 at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice surrounded by the love of his family and friends.

Gary was born June 29, 1955 in Sheboygan, the son of Eugene and Evelyn (Johnson) Feldmann. He grew up in Howards Grove, graduating from Howards Grove High School in 1973. He worked at Bordens, before a 30+ year career at Georgia Pacific where he retired from in 2019.

On December 30, 2006, he was united in marriage with Carol (Den Boer) Dulmes. She preceded him in death in 2021.

Gary was a longtime member of the Waldo Lions, as well as a member of Pheasants Forever and Whitetails Unlimited. An avid outdoorsman, Gary enjoying fishing, hunting, bird watching and feeding the birds. He also loved woodworking, cooking and gardening. His loved ones will cherish memories of family fishing trips in Minnesota and fishing in Canada, Gary’s (often silly) jokes and his daily phone calls.

Gary is survived by his children Tiffany Feldmann of Sheboygan Falls and her children Alex, Trever, Lindsay and Easton, and Tyrone (Kellie) Feldmann of Waldo and their children Blake and Brody; siblings: Gene (Bonnie) Feldmann of Elkhart Lake, Galan (Lori) Feldmann of Plymouth, Glenda (Wayne) Pritzl of Sheboygan  Falls; nieces and nephews and their families: Tara (Steve), Travis, Andy (Rachel), Dan (Kate), Ben, Pat, Pete, Mary, Jeremiah (Stephanie) and Jessica (Alex); Tiffany and Tyrone’s mother Betty Feldmann. He is further survived by Carol’s family, step-children: Corrine (Vern) Levine, Paula (Mark) Rupnik and Daniel Dulmes and step-grandchildren Dylan and Ellyana.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00PM on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Wenig Funeral Home, 108 Center Ave. in Oostburg. Pastor Bob Rook will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00-4:00PM. He will be laid to rest beside Carol at Hartman Cemetery in Oostburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in his name.

The family would like to thank the staff of Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for their compassionate and loving care.
