Herbert “John" Meyer, 71, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on August 4, 2024, at Aurora St Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee after a brief battle with cancer.

 Herbert was born on August 3, 1953 in Sheboygan to Herbert and Charlotte (Sherman) Meyer.

 John was a skilled tradesman who worked for various local construction businesses. An avid Milwaukee Brewers fan, John enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cribbage and time spent with friends at The Franklin House.

 John is survived by his daughter Amy (David) Engeldinger of Sheboygan; Sisters: Rochelle Meyer and Julie Nigh (Tom Ellner-his Brewer game buddy, caregiver and close friend); Brothers: Al (Kelly) Meyer, Karl Meyer and Herb (Stephanie) Meyer; grandchildren: Paige, Bailey, Abi, Izzie and Parker. He is further survived by nieces and nephew: Morgan, Alison, Evelyn, Gloria, Jeris and his hunting buddy Justin (Rae). John is also survived by his dog Cooper, and many dear friends.

 He is preceded in death by his parents.

 A Celebration of John’s life will take place at The Franklin House, 304 Pine St in Sheboygan Falls on September 7, 3pm to 5pm

 In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in John’s name to any animal rescue of your choice.
