Hugh Finch Hall, 89, of Oostburg WI, passed away on June 21, 2024. Hugh was born December 11, 1934 to Howard and Mary (Finch) Hall. He is survived by his wife Helen (Roerdink) Hall, other family and friends. Per Hugh’s wishes, no services will be held.
