Jacob Matthew Jungbluth, 36 of Oostburg, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
He was born to John and Kathleen (Erdman) Jungbluth on April 15, 1985 in Waukesha.
Jake enjoyed hanging out with his sister, especially their Six Flag Great America adventures. He was an avid Packer fan and was a gold package season ticket holder. Jake loved spoiling his dog, Leo. His newest passion was buying, selling, and trading pins.
Jake is survived by his mother, Kathleen of Oostburg; father, John of Milwaukee; sister, Alisa (AJ) Jungbluth of Milwaukee; grandmother, Mavis Fuderer of Appleton; grandfather, Milton Erdman of Milwaukee; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert and Mary Jungbluth; step-grandmother, Marilyn Erdman; great-grandmother, Estella Bahr; and many friends.
A funeral service to celebrate Jake’s life will be held at Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
Family and friends may greet the family at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 4:00 pm.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jake’s name.
