Kevin Gensch

Kevin R. Gensch, passed away at his home unexpectedly on June 16, 2021. He was 43 years old.

Kevin was born June 16, 1978 in Sheboygan, the son of Keith and Gerlinda “Gina” (nee Frank) Gensch. He graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1996, and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Psychology from UW-Whitewater. His human resources career took him to jobs in Texas, Arkansas, Nevada, Minnesota, Oregon and back home to Wisconsin.

Kevin loved nature, exploring and walks and loved going on frequent road trips. He enjoyed attending theater shows with his father, and hockey games with his brother.

Kevin is survived by his father Keith Gensch (Sherry Wiese) and his brother Brian Gensch (Jaime Najacht), both of Sheboygan Falls. He is further survived by his aunts and uncles: Mark (Connie) Frank, Deb Hoganson (Jim Hoganson), Janet Wield, Todd (Melody) Frank, Howard C. (Sue) Gensch, David Gensch, Mark (Nancy) Gensch, Sue (Mark) Stevens, Nancy (Bob) Trost, Jack (Lori) Gensch and Donna (Randy) Meyer; many cousins, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mom Gina Gensch and his grandparents: Howard and Bernice Gensch and Stanley and Diane Frank.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Wenig Funeral Home, 711 Broadway in Sheboygan Falls with Rev. Jon MacDonald officiating. All are welcome to view a livestream of the funeral at wenig.live/KevinGensch . The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10:00-11:00AM.

Kevin will be laid to rest at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery beside his mother.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Kevin’s name.
