Loretta Ann Eisenhardt, 82, of Sheboygan, passed away on October 10, 2021, at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan with family at her side.
Loretta A. DeZwarte was born on August 25, 1939 in Sheboygan, WI, to Howard DeZwarte and Elfie (Bruggink) DeZwarte.
Loretta was a 1957 graduate of Oostburg High School. On October 15, 1960, Loretta married the love of her life, Robert L. Eisenhardt at the First Reformed Church of Oostburg. Robert preceded her in death on September 28, 1991.
In her younger years, she enjoyed snowmobiling, riding motorcycles, bowling, and was even inducted into the Wisconsin Women’s Bowling Hall of Fame. She enjoyed camping, playing sheepshead, reading, and spending time with her family.
Loretta is survived by Jodi (David) Ottensmann of Sheboygan, Jan (John) Shorer of Las Vegas, NV; James Eisenhardt of Sheboygan Falls; five grandchildren, Dayton Ottensmann, Lucas (Alyssa) Ottensmann, Megan (Jonathan) Vazquez, Caleb Shorer, Robert (Fiancé, Aubrianna Beyer) Eisenhardt; sister, Sandra (Ronald) Stolper of Adell. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Loretta is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eisenhardt; parents, Howard and Elfie DeZwarte; and other family who loved her and have gone before.
A funeral service to celebrate Loretta’s life will take place on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 1:00 pm at the Wenig Funeral Homes of Sheboygan Falls. Visitation will take place from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Entombment will follow at the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum in Kohler.
