Marlene Kay Joyal, 74, of Sheboygan, entered eternal life, praising Jesus her Savior, on Saturday, November 20, 2021.
Marlene K. Resnick was born on May 26, 1947, to Frank J. and Mary M. (Progar) Resnick in Sheboygan, WI. She was a graduate of Sheboygan North High School and continued her education as an apprentice at Mayfair Beauty School, which helped her begin her career as a beautician, licensed by the State of WI.
Marlene was an active member of Sheboygan Evangelical Free Church in her final 10 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Ray) Hook of Loves Park, IL, Mary Lou Richter of Waukesha, WI; son, Michael (Jennine) Richter of Sheboygan Falls; seven grandchildren, David Hook, Jarod Hook, Collin Hook, Serena Richter, Sydnee Richter, Mason Richter, and Kaila Cotillier.
A time of fellowship to honor Marlene’s life will take place at the Sheboygan Evangelical Free Church Welcome Center on Friday, November 26th from 4pm until 5pm.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at The Shores of Sheboygan, Sheboygan Progressive, and Sheboygan Memorial Hospital for helping care for her in the last four months.
The Wenig Funeral Home of Sheboygan Falls (920-467-3431) is serving Marlene’s family.
