Patricia Driest

Patricia Lynn Van Driest, 69, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018, at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center. Pat was born on December 11, 1948, in Sheboygan to Wesley and Arline (Schreurs) Van Driest. She was a 1967 graduate of Sheboygan South High School. She then furthered her education at  LTC and graduated as a LPN . Pat worked as a nurse at both St. Nicholas Hospital and Aurora Sheboygan Medical Memorial Center.  Pat's faith and Sheboygan Evangelical Free Church family were very important to her. Pat was also active in Sweet Adeline's. She had a tender heart for all animals. Pat is survived by her daughter, Kari (Michelle Mallonen) Baumann and their children, Kal and Karley; one son, Billy Baumann Jr.; three sisters, Bette Wick, Peg (Rick) Liebelt, and Connie Benson; brother, Bill (Tina) Van Driest; and best friend, Susie Kampmann. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her parents.  A memorial service to celebrate Pat's life will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018, at 2pm at Sheboygan Evangelical Free Church in Sheboygan with Rev. Jon MacDonald officiating. An inurnment will take place at Oostburg Cemetery. Relatives and friends may greet the family at Sheboygan Evangelical Free Church in Sheboygan on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 12pm until the time of service at 2pm.  A memorial fund is being established in her name for Love in Action Fund at the Evangelical Free Church. For online condolences and additional information please visit www.wenigfh.com.  The Wenig Funeral Home of Sheboygan Falls (920-467-3431) is serving the Van Driest family with arrangements.
