Peter Christian Erickson

Peter Christian Erickson, 82, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.

Pete was born on September 11, 1941, to Elmer and Ethel (Hauman) Erickson in Lancaster, WI. He was one of nine siblings.

On November 11, 1961, Pete married Bonnie Lee Schneider and had 2 sons together. After 15 years of marriage, they parted ways.

On September 19, 1995, Pete was united in marriage to Judi Porter in Sheboygan. Judi preceded him in death in 2019.

Pete enjoyed bowling, watching meTV and was an avid Packers and Brewers fan, and even was a stockholder of the Packers. He was a car enthusiast, coached little league when his sons were young, and enjoyed watching racing.

Pete is survived by his sons, Todd (Robyn) Erickson of Kewaskum, and Timothy (Julia) Erickson of Campbellsport; grandchildren, Cheyenne Erickson, Sierra Erickson, Dakota Erickson, Cassidy (Adam) Cook, and Conner (Kendyl) Erickson; great-granddaughter, Leland Erickson; stepchildren: Stephanie and Kyle; sisters, Mary Lund, Cathi (Ray) Willoughby. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Judi; former wife, Bonnie; siblings; Robert Erickson, Howard Erickson, Franklin Erickson, Michael Erickson, Margaret Ermis, Anna Volkman; and stepdaughter, Tina Robinson.

A memorial service to celebrate Pete’s life will be held at Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 12:00pm.

Relatives and friends may greet the family at the funeral home from 10:00am until the time of service.

A memorial fund is being established in his name.
