Robert Reseburg Sr.

Robert David Reseburg Sr., 75, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Robert was born on December 10, 1945 in Sheboygan, to William and Virginia (Petrie) Reseburg. He was a graduate of Kohler High School in 1963. Robert was employed at Kohler Company as a machinist for 44 years until his retirement in March 1, 2011. On October 1, 1966, Robert married his best friend and love of his life, Nancy Klauser. Robert was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls. He enjoyed gardening and watching birds on his feeders. Robert was an avid Wisconsin sports fan and enjoyed listening to Brewer games on the radio. More than anything, he loved his family and spending time with them. Robert is survived by his son, Robert Reseburg Jr. of Sheboygan Falls; two daughters, Lori (Glen) Naumann of Sheboygan Falls, Amy Roe of Plymouth; three grandchildren, Courtney Reseburg, Ellie Roe, and Luke Roe; sister, Kathy (Roger) Zutz; brother, William (Jill) Reseburg; sister-in-law, Leslie (David) Kaeppel; brother-in-law, Frank Reuter. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy; parents; parents-in-law; brother James (Sharon) Reseburg; and sister, Diane Reuter. A private family funeral service to celebrate Robert's life will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021, with Rev. Kyle Backhaus officiating. A public visitation will take place at the Wenig Funeral Homes in Sheboygan Falls on Friday, February 5th from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Burial will take place at Sheboygan Falls Cemetery.
