Rosemary H. Rosenthal, 95, passed away Tuesday morning, September 9, 2025 at Songbird Pond in Plymouth.

Rosemary was born November 17, 1929 in Plymouth, daughter of William and Madeline (Ringel) Steinhardt. She graduated from Plymouth High School. For 28 years, she worked at Kohler Company where she was a proud member of the Quarter Century Club. Prior, she worked at Borden and Tecumseh.

On April 11, 1953 she was united in marriage with Arthur E. Rosenthal Jr. at Zion United Church of Christ in Sheboygan. He preceded her in death in 1997.

A longtime member of Zion Evangelical Covenant Church, Rosemary enjoyed going on drives to look for wildlife, watching Brewers baseball and golf on TV with David. She also enjoyed bowling, doing crosswords, reading, and playing Bunko with her Bunko buddies.

Rosemary is survived by her children Barbara Adams of Minden, LA, Donna (Gerry) Stenz of Sheboygan Falls, David Rosenthal of Plymouth and Cathy (Glenn) Valenstein of Howard Grove; grandchildren Carla Schendel (Tony Weisfeld), Bryan Stenz, Michael Stenz (Katrina), Adam Rosenthal, Laura (Mike Copas) Valenstein and Paul Valenstein; 3 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her in-laws Joanne Rosenthal, Pat Steinhardt, Kris Rosenthal, and Wanda Steinhardt, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband Art Jr., son Daniel, son-in-law Carey Adams Sr, sister Marion (Carey) Adams, brothers LeRoy and Robert Steinhardt, brothers-in-law Jack, Tom (Phyllis) and Robert Rosenthal, and other nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 6706 Superior Ave. in Kohler. A brief visitation will be held from 10:30am until the time of service. Rosemary will be laid to rest with Arthur at Greenlawn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
