Ruth Ann Neumann

Ruth Ann (Jansen) Neumann, 79, formerly of Amherst, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023, in Howards Grove, Wisconsin. 

Ruth was born on August 4, 1943, to William and Laura (Vetter) Jansen in Wausau.

Ruth was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Marathon and St. James Catholic Church in Amherst.  She enjoyed reading, gardening, word search puzzles and traveling. 

Ruth is survived by her children, Nicole (Tom) Lynaugh, Jeff (Melissa) Neumann, and Kevin Neumann; grandchildren, Janine, Andrea, and Thomas Lynaugh, Randi Rae Neumann, Jamie Neumann; great-grandchildren, Sophie and Faye Siehien. 

She was preceded in death by Donald Jansen, Marcel (Ann) Jansen, and Truman (Betty) Jansen. 

A private family graveside service was held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Marathon.
