Samuel D. Woznick

Samuel D. Woznick, born April 6, 1992 in Fond du Lac, Wl, passed away during the early morning hours of Friday, August 28, 2026 in Madison, WI.

Sam graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 2010, where he participated in the marching band as well as on the forensics team. He continued his education the following fall at UW-Platteville.

Sam held multiple roles in the IT and tech fields while living in Madison.

Sam was preceded in death by his father, David Woznick, his paternal grandparents as well as his maternal grandfather.

He is survived by his mother, Tammy Woznick-Schramm, his stepfather, James Schramm, stepbrother, Zach Schramm, along with many loving family members and friends. He will be remembered for his love of music, science fiction and camping with his father as a child.

A private ceremony and burial rites have taken place with Sam being laid to rest next to his father.
