Darlene Dahm

Darlene E. Dahm passed away Thursday evening, November 11, 2021 at Cedar Grove Gardens. She was 74 years old.

Darlene was born July 20, 1947, in Sheboygan, the daughter of Eugene and Lorraine (nee Schmelter) Schmitt. She graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1965 and went on to work at Thomas Industries for 20 years, retiring in 2007. She also worked for Kohler Company and Zimmerman Printing and was a bartender at the Knights of Columbus.

Darlene was a member of St. John Evangelist Catholic Church in Kohler. She loved animals, especially her dog, and enjoyed gardening, playing cards, traveling, and listening to music.

Darlene is survived by her brother, Donald (Darlene) Schmitt of Plymouth; niece, Dawn (Greg) Klauck; nephew, Chad (Wendy) Schmitt; many great-nieces and great-nephews; uncles, aunts, other relatives, and friends.

Darlene was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 Green Tree Road in Kohler. The family will receive visitors at the church on Thursday from 10:30 am until the time of service. She will be laid to rest at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Sheboygan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to the Humane Society of Sheboygan County.

The family would like to extend a thank you to her special friends, Jeannie and Betty for their love and support of Darlene. Also, thank you to Commmunity Care and the staff at Cedar Grove Gardens for their compassionate care.
